Dear sir,

I have purchased a nokia 5800 xpressmusic from ur univercell shop kerala, kollam branch. They have network problem some times didn't show any network with in one days i go to the serivce center they said did do any thing . they replace another phone it have another complaints phone restrat when phone is switch off i had bad impresseion in ur service pls take a necessary action

please take necessary action in otherwise i want go to the consumer court
