Complain about My Nokia Mobile Ear Phone

Dear sir/Mam,

FYI

I have Nokia 6208 Mobile. I have a problem with my Nokia Ear phone so I give to your Nokia gallery to replace it but when I receive new one it is not matching my old ear phone and it is not connecting with my phone I told this thing to Nokia gallery person but they told that it is your original Ear phone and they are not giving proper answer for this. My Job Shit No is 538504867/100309/24

I want to tell you one thing that I am not satisfy with your service provider of Nokia gallery I am sorry to say this but that’s a truth.

I hope you will reply me or call me As Soon As Possible for this problem.
