FED UP WITH NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE IN INDIA (they are cheating the comsumers)

Nokia is cheating the INDIA consumers. I had purchased a Nokia-6300 in Nov'09 and had to face various manufacturing defects. Every time I had to deposit my phone. This time I had deposited my phone for long 5 months. The Nokia care is not giving back my phone for 5 months. They are not responding to me. I am very much upset with NOKIA CARE.I had deposited my phone to INFOTEL SERVICES, 1 EKDALIA ROAD KOLKATA-700019.My job sheet number:265504886/100508/41.I had deposited my phone in 08.may.2010.So please take necessary step regarding this matter and I think I'll receive a positive response from your end. THANK YOU
