Topic: Complaint Against Nokia service center
Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought a nokia mobile Model - 6303i classic on April and i had some hardware issue with that device during warranty period. I visited the Nokia care regarding this issue and they swapped my mobile with new mobile of the same model and IMEI No. 355382041420178 and i also extended my mobile's warranty for one year (expires on January). After 6 months I started facing some network issues with this device also and i have been submitted this device to Neil Communications, C-10, Sector 10 Noida on 10th of September.
I received an email from Nokia support team that I can collect my Nokia device on 17th October yet I was denied the same when I contacted the Nokia care center where I submitted my Nokia device.
Please escalate my issue to high priority as I want my Nokia device before the end of this week.
I Feel that I had made big mistake by purchasing this mobile and again by giving it to nokia care. I dont know how long it will take them to repair my mobile. I feel myself Totally cheated. I have no Idea where to complain for quick response. I want my mobile otherwise nokia should Replace this Mobile.
I dont have somuch time to visit nokia office two, three, four times. Please Please give some solution.
