Dear Sir/Madam,

Request you to block my SIM issued against Mobile no. 9920992855.

My wife was using this mobile. Today, the mobile got stolen on her way to office. (Between Nahur & Kalwa station)

Kindly deactivate the sim & if possible please block my mobile Phone model no. 3110.
