Nokia C3 Mobile was purchased on 03/04. On 13/10 a complaint was raised on touch screen issue and was addressed to Global access and Nokia. Nokia care charged 950Rs for replacing the screen and after few months i.e, as of 03/31 the screen issue reocurred and a complaint was raised on 04/02 to global access. On 04/03 Nokia again claims that it is a physical damage and screen will be replaced only after making a payment of 950Rs
