Not properly assembling my phone

I have a nokia c-3.Net is not working in my phone & so i went to nokia care, than they suggested me for updation up my software. After getting the software updated i realised that my phone got more problematic than it was earlier. I really got frustated from the service they provided, If it will remain so than i will rush to cunsumer foram court for justic. So kindly bring out some good alternate for my promblem as soon as posible.
