my self onkar ekhande, i had purchased mobile Nokia 5233 black colour having IMEI no-358321030294449 on 20 july.i lost it on my way to home from office on day 20 july .i register FIR against lost mobile in chinchwad.pune.please help me,

i want to take legal action to trace my mobile.
