I bought bought a 3D LED TV from Adishwar India Ltd. at their Sarjapur outlet on the 4th of November.
There was an Diwali offer on the product that a few other items would be packaged along with the 3D LED TV.
This included a 3D BD Player, three 3D glasses, three 3D titles, 50 DVD pack, Tata Photon plus among others.
During purchase, I was told that the 3D LED TV would be delivered the very next day. The other items would be delivered within a week's time. This has not happened.
However, even after following up for the past 15 days, I have not got a resolution on the same. I contacted Mr. Purushotham on 20th November. He mentioned that it would take 10 more days for the remaining items to be dispatched to my place and that there are many more customers who are facing the same problem. Subsequently, the same story has been narrated by the Product Head at Adishwar, Mr. Nikesh Jain.
I have made full payment on 4th November for the product. I have not accepted to any terms and conditions that would cause a delay of 30 days or more as has turned out to be. I am not even sure that I would get the pending items (for which I have already paid) after 10 days.
My grievance is that even after full payment for the product, I have to run around different people at Adishwar India Ltd. to get the pending items in the product that has been purchased.
Please let me know how my particular grievance can be addressed. I can provide further details on the purchase of product (such as Customer code, bill number, etc) on request.
