I had purchased a nokia e71 handset . my keypads printed button numbers were getting vanished so i gave my cell to a nokia care center (harmony audio pvt ltd) situated at anjali bldg, ground floor, french bridge, opera house junction, mumbai-400007 tel:23870904. i was been told that there was a small liquid damage inside the keypad but i refused to change the socket . when i went to receive my phone date 12-3, when i went home i realized that the phone is hanging and restarting on its own and showing sim card registration failed to any sim cards, so on the 14-3 i went to the nokia care as 13-3 was a sunday and explained my problem the company Representative was very rude with me and did not answer to my any question properly . i was given the same reason that the mistake was because of that liquid damage and the part should be changes so i allowed them to replace the keypad socket with a new one and i was given the guarantee that the phone will be repaired and given at its best condition after this replacement of the part. yesterday that is on 15-3 i received a call from the consumer care that the phone is dead and can not be repaired any more
poins that i can not understand
1) when the phone was given it waz functioning normally so how can a repacement of a keypad can lead the phone to get dead
2) do u make all of your customers fool like this and change the parts?

4) i have not collected my handset and will not collect it till i am provided with a proper answer
5) non reply on this complain within 7 working days may lead to legal action against the company
