Poor software

Hi,

I Roshan Sureka have alredy complaint about a nioka phone c3110 a month ago and unfortunately no response has come up from the brand cell phone company Nokia till date. My phone has an inbuilt software problem since I bought it alomost 2 years back and having got repaired twice at Lajpat Nagar centre it still doesn't seem to be resolved.

So I urge all Nokia Customer Service Team, please do something for my habdset to be fixed soon..
