Sir I have bought an E71 Nokia cellphone from Tiruvalla mobile store, Deepa towers one year back, on the 11th month it got stuck and i gave to the store where i purchased, they took up the complaint and gave back in 2 wks and said battery has to be changed, we changed the battery, but sir the complaint was still existing, i gave my set again on 1st week of september, they said it has to be given to the main service centrre so it will take 3weeks, But i am worried that inspite of many phone calls, i still didnt receive my phone, I even lost all my valuable no which i fed in my phone, without informing me they deleted all the number
sir kindly look in to the matters and take necessary steps
