Non-refund of money
I, Smt. Sujata Dash, proprietor of M/s Radhekrushna Agency, had entered into an agreement with the M/s Olive Teletech Pvt. Ltd on 28-06 for doing mobile business. I have deposited 250000/-, 100000/- & 200000/ on 02/7, 15/7 & 19/7 respectively from the account of M/s Radhekrushna Agency through Indian Bank RTGs and 200000/- on 21/7 from my Husband's account i.e M/s Padma General Store through SBI RTGs along with waybills. Subsequently Mr. Samsher, from the said company, told over phone that the SBI RTGs, being inadmissible, would be returned. But till now nothing has been received by me after a lapse of about three months. Due to non-receipt of refund I am finding it difficult to proceed the business. Till today I have neither received the required business support from the said company nor any refund. It seems that the Company do not want to proceed the business. Now I am passing through a difficult stage due to severe financial crunch and pressure from the Distributors from whom I have arranged the fund. To add to the agony, now the said company is not attending my Phone Calls/SMSs/E-Mails. Please help and advice...
