After updating software version 25.007 on 11th November I am unable to open j.peg and xl files on my handset. After complaining to the customer care division of the company many a times, I am not satisfied with their answers. I tried to complain to their Head office in Gurgaon, but to my astonishment, nobody is picking up the phone there. I tried to fax them a letter, but that also did not work, as there was no one to give fax tone.
