Dear Sir / Madam,
I had given my mobile 5310 at Star Electronics - Nokia Care Center, Bangalore (42122115 / 42111465) with IMEI - 2261, Bill No: 3771, Job Sheet - 111112/16. When given initially they gave me an estimation of min 250/- and max of 1250/- being a low end model. After 3 days, they called me and told me that it will be 2400/- instead. When I said I don't want it to be repaired for such huge amount, they gave my mobile back with broken panel. As per Nokia customer care it costs me 1800/-. This happened due to rough handling by their technicians and is unrecoverable as the plastic part has broken.
I want Nokia to take action on the Center as they are known for quality service and let me know what action they have taken.
