I am Manav Lakhina, a student, in B.tech 2nd Year!
I bought a nokia C7 phone last year, and it is still under warranty,
But recently i started to face a problem that it used to restart again and again unnecessarily
So i went to The Nokia Care service centre in Noida Sector-2, and they said that they will send my mobile phone to their head office as they weren't able to rectify the problem. After one week i got my phone back, but the problem wasn't rectified and the problem still continued, so i gave it back to them,
Today after another one week they say that the Company has declared it "LIQUID DAMAGE", while there was no such problem when they had returned the phone a week before.
this shows their malafide intention to not replace the phone with as they are unable to rectify the problem with this set within warranty.
Kindly look into the matter and help me out!
My phone has been with them for the past 2 weeks and i have been facing many problems! And now they are handing back a Dead phone to me, which has been tampered by them!
