Dear Sir,
I have purchased NOKIA - Model- C7 on dated.5th Jan from Nokia priority Dealer. The said Phone started hanging after just 1 month of operation and I have given it to Nokia Care and they updated the software and in the course erased my all Data? Again on 2/4, after 1 month of Software update of new phone, it starts again hanging and this time not working even and again since I have left no option except to send it to your same Nokia care for checking and I was surprised to know that they have asked me to wait for at least 1 week for rectification of the same.
Now I want to know,
1. what is my fault, if I have chosen Nokia ahead of other manufacturers?
2. Why should I wait for 7 days (2 days previously during the software up gradation), when I buy this phone by paying hard cash (without loan or emi).
3. Why should I suffer and loose my business because of their manufacturing defects or any other reason?
4. Every-time, they are erasing my date without taking any backup, who will get back my Data?
I have taken This cell phone for my pleasure not for burden.
Under the above circumstances, they should either refund my entire amount without 1 day delay or immediately replace with new Handset. As in any case, I will not suffer for your fault resulting my
business loss. So I hope that being the No.1 brand in India and excellent
