I Ramkrushna. E.Nandanwar SDE, BSNL, Nagpur, beg to state that the nokia care service had fraud me they are not aware about their responsibilities. I have purchased mobile of model NOKIA N-96 from assam.some days ago there was some problem on my mobile.when i consulted nokia care on dated 7/6/10 and the name and address of the shop is:

i was told that my cell was hanged due to one software so software has to be changed so they inserted the software but the keypad was not working properly then they told that keypad has to be changed and then they changed the keypad i have paid the bill and fullfilled all the required process
but the problem is they had fraud me they had not changed the keypad at all and when i started consulting about this matter they were rude to me and they misbehaved with me and was using bad language.sir please help me for this problem as soon as possible.
