Dear Sir
This complaint is regarding to my Nokia X3 handset . on 24/Aug i buy a brand new phone after one month i found my set didn't switch on then i took my set to nokia care Dwarka SEC-4 New Delhi.
when i first went there most of the people were angry by there poor service at that very day i got an vague idea about there service.
they submit my phone on 25/sep and promise me to repair it and handover me by 29/sep.
when i reach there i found shop was closed they are very clever they know Wednesday is off they give me that date
ok next day i went there they told me to wait after 1 hr when i ask about my phone nobody answers me after half n hour they told me to come after 1 week ie 6/oct again Wednesday
on 7/oct i went there . they give me false statements that my phone is in company they cant repair it it will take time at 29sep they told same statement and again they repeat it and they give me new date 12/10/10 . Sir i have attached the service job sheet please take a look you will get it
The staff is very bad here they don't understand the need of customer from 13 days i dont have any phone my all important works are stuck
and they dont understand
by watching there careless attitude i dont think that on 12/10/10 they will give me my phone
please help me sir. I am very frustrated by there attitude and service please take some action and help me
