Dear sir/madam
I purchased a nokia handset (nokia E5) 17-6. after about week the handset started hanging and it gets switched off on its own and sometimes doesn’t start working for 15minuts i showed it in nokia care. they updated the software and returned it to me in two hours. but the problem started again in just 1 hour of receiving the handset.
Please Sir, note the problem its still the same with the handset. we have been suffering in both using the handset and taking it to various nokia care centers, but no one helped us.
I hope i don’t get disappointed here. kindly take notice of my problem and help me.
