I had submitte my new nokia e63 handset as I was facing problem in accessing call history as it was not showing calls received, missed or dialled at the Nokia Care outlet- Sheetla Wll services, Gurgaon on 22/02. But when I went for delivery of the same, they could not deliver the same. When enquired it was told that it was delivered to someone else. They are tracking for the same but no resylt. Can u imagine what imagine what kind of service ther are providing. Disgusting. Is Nokia started stealing phones of customers like this.! Nokia is srvices are so pathetic that executives and managers at Nokia care centers speak in such rude and unprofessionak way that make customers feel so guilty using Nokia. Nokia claims of the highest brand equity in mobile handsets but such behavior @ nokia cenetrs has made me embarrasing. I will no more use any more and thru a word of mouth i will suggest not use nokia as their after sales service is very very poor. I have not my handset back.
Pls help get my handset back.
