Worst Accessories

Dear Concerned,

This is Vikas Kumar jha user of Nokia handdsets E63, i had purchased it before 6 months. Within the 6 months, there are lots of scratch in the keypad, it is not a scratch its a kinds of spot on the keypad of the phone. i mean it is a technical problem. For that solution i visited the nokia care, but they told that there is no cover on the accessories. So i want to say that why nokia make and use such type of accessories, why nokia want to lose own brand and image.

So, kindly suggest me who will bare the loss of keypad of the phone, what will be the solution...?
