Bad peice of Nokia mobile handset

Hi

I bought a Nokia E75 around 11 months back

I am highly frustrated with this mobile. Last 3-4 months I must have gone to Nokia Repair center at least 15 times in Marathalli, Bangalore. Each time they take a day’s time to re-load the whole software and it conks off again in 5 days time. Each time a new problem and these guys don’t have any answers to it??..

I want my money back or give me a new handset. I had taken this mobile at launch for Rs 25 k, which was huge and shows my loyalty towards Nokia however I feel cheated now

My warranty is getting expired on 17th July and I am sure then there wont be even this support for me or rather looks like the Service Repair Center doesn’t wants to assist.
