I had purchased Nokia Mobile E 75, IME-356855023337667 through Nokia Mobile's Dealer on 8/08 and the Mobile is Business High End Phone. It stopped working suddenly on 12/11.In between the software was getting Hanged and the Phone switched off on 12/11.I was directed by the dealer to Nokia Service Centre and was informed that the Handset has to be send to Headquarter.
I feel the company should have replaced my handset. Till date I have no feedback or status of my handset.
