Due to my service I was posting in Jamshedpur on 07.I was facing some problems with my mobile Nokia6600 in the month of May. I went to M/s. Gurunanak Agencies *1C, Hotel Sagar Complex, New Kalimati Road, Sakchi, Jamshedpur – 831001.Phone – 0657-6455841 & I gave him my mobile for repair & I also gave him Rs.1700/-. Unfortunately I was transfered from Jamshedpur to Kolkata in the month of June. Before coming to Kolkata I was requesting to the owner of service center to give my mobile, but he did not give me. There after I gave all my papers to my friend working at Jamshedpur & told him to collect the same.
My friend went to Service center several times but the man did not give him the mobile. I called him thousand times but he did not replied. I have spent to call him more than the cost of the mobile.
Need immediate action on the same.
