Service complaint for Defects since last 9 months

I am owning a Eureka forbes Aqua guard Model name Reviva since Jan.10, Which is RO Purifier, and they say it will convert the hard water into a drinkable water, but the problem is the continious leakage of water from back side even after 1-2 times repairing from the company service person & whenever i give a complaint i need to make a lot of followup with each person including the service man. Even at the time of installation they have damaged out overhandtank valve. After complaint to company they have committed to compensate the loss but they have not compensate it. There is no matter of Money. The only thing is customer service & committment. I have worst experience customer service from from a company like eureka forbes Ltd.
