I purchased Nokia Mobile handset on 30.12.2009. Within 3 months LCD cracked for the First time. The Mobile shop" Limton Pvt. Ltd". 13& 14 B.B.D.Bag (East) Kolkata - 1. directed me to see their Service Centre "Satya Telecare", 229 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata 6.They took my phone on 17.03.2010 & delivered me back on 22.03.2010 after sloving my problem. On 25.06.2010 again a black line appeared on the screen of the mobile. This time service centre was given an estimate of Rs.1391/-(approx.) for repairing the problem within the gurantee period, what I disagree to pay. I assume that there was a manufacturing defect in the handset. I have given one letter to 'The Care manager of Nokia India Pvt. ltd.of SP INfo City Industral Plot No.#243, Udyog Vihar Phase -1, Dundahera, Gurgaon - 122016. Hariyana. & Mobile Shop on 1st July'2010 by registered Speed Post with a/d but no response received as on date fron any side..
