Sub; complaint about nokia authorized service center
I T. Venakteshwarlu having nokia phone model no N81
My nokia phone was giving problem like. Blinking screen, unable to operate the phone dialing and checking the message. So I went to global cell world (authorized nokia service center) date on 19th November handover it after 2 days they phoned me and told that it was display problem it will cost Rs.1850 I said ok do it, after one week they delivered to me I paid cash.
On 14th December it is giving same problem I went again to global cell world on 23th December handover it after 3 days they phone me told that its software problem it will cost Rs.300 I said ok do it after one week they delivered to me I paid cash.
On 6th January it is giving same problem I went again to global cell world on 8th January this time they check same time they told me that its strip problem.
U have to pay again
I told that I am not going to pay money I am going to complaint to consumer department
Then I left that place.
