I purchased a Reach Easy Complete Body
Massager from Ojjas Enterprises against order
no.6218612 but after using it for a few days the
machine stopped working. It appears the company has supplied defective machine to make quick money. I demand a refund of Rs.649
which I paid for the massager. I have decided
never again to purchase any product on line as
I feel people get duped by companies like Ojjas
Enterprises. I hope my complaint will be addressed and compensation paid at the earliest.
