I have bought nokia N8 in the month of Jan which was 24 k.
In the month of June my mobile got dead abruptly. When I took it to Nokia prioriy they said it had a problem which doesnt come under warranty and I need to pay 5000 to get it repaired.
When I asked them to give these statements in written form they refused and said they will find a solution without any charge.
They got it repaired next day itself for free of cost. But my mobile is facing a n/w issue which is same even when I try other Sim. I checked my Sim card in other mobiles and shockingly I didnt face any issue. Which clearly shows there is some problem with my mobile.
I doubt nokia priority wheater they have done any thing with my mobile. Their approach to customers are rude.
I want nokia to repair my mobile else replace it for a new one
I cannot let a mobile worth 24k to just go like that.
I have always trusted Nokia but this incident has started erassing my trust.
