Nokia Mr Gaurav Sharma supervisor, ASSURED me to sort this case in a week but as of today i am still struggling with my phone with following issues..
The set is defective with following anomalies:-
Its battery time is very low, maximum after 5-10 call its down
The “reset button” as per picture attached has broken and I don’t even know how
The body of the set from the audio jacket as per “picture attached” on the top is cracked after I used the ear phone for 4/5 times
Hands Free is not working properly. One ear side only works
The ear piece is not as loud as it should be and I have to struggle to hear at times. The quality of incoming voice is too bad
Software hangs very frequently and I need to reset the hand set at least once in 2 days.
Finally on opening the slide it does not skip the reset button function and I have to waste a call to skip that procedure
