No response from Nokia Care on Complaint
Dear Sir,
I have submitted my mobile phone Nokia C5-03 at Nokia care center M/s Milap Electronics Nagpur on 9the July 12. Complaint ID 120709/30.
Almost 25 days have gone but my cell phone is not yet repaird. Nobody from company replied. Every time i would have to call & ask theem. The people answer in very unprofessional way. They give me only dates but no assurance at all. They theink i am fool being a customer of Nokia. Nobody gives assurance. I am frustrated by thee service provided by thee company. If Nokia is not able to repair my unit, please give me replacement or refund my money. If my issue will not get resolve withein 24 hrs, i would have no option otheer thean consumer court.
