Problem in new purchased handset from day one

Dear Sir,

I want to brief my complaint in very short ..I have purchased nokia 200 handset from hotspot showroom vaishali, after making the payment i inserted my sim and switched on the phone and make a call, i found there was problem in voice it was giving the echo effect i asked the sales team to provide me the another handset i have just purchased the set and checked in fron of them but they refuse it and informed me there is problem in some batch of this sets and you have to go to noika showroom. i was very surprise they did not listen anything and after two days i went to same showroom and requested them to replace the handset but they dindnot listen.

After several visits & wasting my time i went to nokia service center at vaishali ghaziabad, but they also showninability then i launch my complaint with nokia customer care, some time they assured me the set will be sawpped but nw i m not getting any proper reply from customer care also, the following trailing mail is self expalanatory how nokia customer care representatives are handling the case and making delay.

would request you to please look in and do the need ful to provide new handset.

Very Surprising it means whatever the assurance i was getting from your team was wrong..all of your members are not handling the case on behalf of nokia they all are passing on their comments.

I want to know what is the time period? when your backend team will contact me... is ther is any bench mark to resolve the complaint.

if you are not capable to handle the case give me the e-mail id of your backend team so that i can follow up with them directly.
