Phone not working/ services not good

This is Humera, I bought nokia X3-02 handset before 4 months, with in this four months the phone was repair 3 times. i give to the service centre for replacment but the not replacing. saying if again it get repair we vill replace but till that the warrnty vl expriy so please help me to return my money or give a new phone
