Dear sir, 4.8.12

I am Anjana Sarkar, one of your old customer (since the beginning of set -top -box service in Kolkata). My consumer no. is 30079400 / 145 . From the last 3 days the smart card of my set-top- box is not functioning and the cable operator (STAR-N-JOY) has given me a new smart card which is also not functioning. If it is not possible for you to give me good service, I think it is better to disconnect my service.
