Yes We also faced same problem. We got new ups through NYFE battery company 3 months back. Bharath from NYFE have promised for 4 hours backup with 40 Systems, 3 Printers, 2 Switch and 1 Router. When we started using we charged fully. After 15days during power shutdown we found that the battery is staying only for 30 mins and not more than that. But when we called them they took the ups without giving any standby and they returned only after 2 months. After installing that it started resetting automatically. for last 2 weeks this problem is pending and every 30 mins it restarts automatically. Finally we have hired standby ups from other vendor and decided to get rid of the ups supplied by NYFE. http://www.nyfebattery.com
