Sir,

I, Vemula Prabhakar purchased 1 No USB spy pen camera thro Rediff Shopping vide Order No: 5921822 Date:05-28. I received the device on 1-6. But when it is connected to computer, the device disc is not opening and the system is showing error message as ‘I/O device error’. I tried with another computer, but the same problem is persisting.

As such I request you kindly do some needful action on this matter.
