Product is not good and Service not satisfactory

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a Olive VCG800 handset on 09-09 through Bill 6394/10-11 from B.D.R.commumication, 306 A.P.C Road, Kolkata 700009.From begning there was problem said handset. After too many request they have aggreed to change the handset. The mobile stores has kept my mobile aprox 20 days without any receiving. After 20Day they have changed my Mobile and lost my handsfree. We request for my hand free but they have refused to return my hand free.we also coll customers care. But result is same.

Now Again my hand set has network problem and frequently get re start and hangup after call receiving. Battery is also getting fatter. We consult with his service centers m/s S.D communication1/D Milan Park Garia, Kolkata. But After 15 Day they are not in position to tell us exact time to repair my mobile. We have not a standby hand set. We are facing too much problem. We are not satisfied with hand set performance and service centers support.

Therefore I request you to please see my complain and suggest me what to do for getting Repair or new Hand Set of re fund my money from olive. It will be appreciable if they have return my money.
