My Olumpus Digital Camera T100 which I bought from Singh Studio, Gt Road, Jalandhar, under 2 year waranty, after 7 month, the camera does not working, and given to Seller for repairing, it kept lying there for 1 month after that Co., autorised from Ludhiana Yogesh collected and after another 2 month returned without repairing. Now we are calling but they not are not responsing. Seller also showing helplessness and and told This worst co. don, t expect any service. Please advise shoudl we file case in consumer court..?
