This complaint is to bring to notice of everyone that Olyne GC51 which is a GSM CDMA handset has a poor sensor which company claims to be feather touch. I purchased this handset from delhi at a price of 4500 rupees and i hoped there would not be any problems. but i used it once in rain, since then the sensor joystick is not working. When i called the helpline number they sent me to a company service centre in janakpuri. I waited for one day and went there the next day hoping to recieve it fixed. But the scoundrels in the service centre told me i have to pay 1200 rupees for the central console as it all would be replaced. That is ridiculous. They have super expensive spare parts and nobody can afford to get ths company mobile repaired. If nokia charges 1200 rupees its fine as they are a big and old company, but this company is not very big i dont know why they have ridculous policies. If you buy this company phone beware, keep the bill or there is no after sales service. Even Micromax repairs handsets 1 year after purchase even if you dont have a bill. I then went to gaffar market to get it repaired and there it was repaired for just 400 rupees. Ridiculous after sales practices is what Olyne Mobile is. i Sold the handset to a friend soon as if there wuld be any more problems. I cant bear the expenses. I have the IMEI number of the handset so if the companyw anted they could have checked in their database when the handset was purchased but they dont want to do that. From now on, my choice NOKIA
