This is regarding Onida's customer service.. We have bought a split AC 1.5 ton in July but within less than 3 years our A/C's compresor stopped working.. After several reminders they came and confirmed that de compreser needs to be replaced.. With our regular followups of 20 days somebody came n changed the compressor but spoiled the display. They said there would another person coming and repairing de same as they r nt frm de concerned department. After they left we tried de A/C but still it was not working.. Its about a month we have been complaining Onida customer care but till 2day no revert.. The other engineers also stopped taking calls..
