Given faulty inverter and refusing to provide service

Ought 1 inverter at around 16000 in the month of may from last 1 month inverter is not working properly, from last 1 week i continously calling to the service provider and owner of Lodha heaven franchisee mr Dipak (Om enterprises) on 9322822174, the inverter is of 24 months warranty and the service provider is commited that in case of any problem within short time after buying, he will give me replacement of whole machine now he is refusing the same and now i m asking him to repair it otherwise replace it then he is only asking me that i will send person in half an hr, from last few days he is conntinuosly giving this ansers to me, and now he is askinfg me “why ur callim me again and again? ”

From last few days we are living without power at evening time as there is old age patient my gandma in my home.i want some solution.
