Hi,

I Ashraf Anwar Khan, Customer ID: 57761449 had purchased Videocon D2H from OM SAI ELECTRONICS, KALYAN (E) on 29th October and was informed by the dealer that the Set top box would have the facility of recording (HD-DVR) but a normal HD set top box was installed at my place. I did approach the dealer numerous times but didnt get proper response about the same. I have also approached the company about the same but was advised to get in touch with the dealer.
