Onida 20L Mirowave Conv
Not working for the first use

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought a Onida 20L Microwave Conv model in bangalore Adiswar Showroom in marathalli. While selling they told it was a very good product and promising features. But the realy fact is its not working for the first instance in my home. The guy came for demo also din't give any proper demo.

For raising a complaint i called Adiswar the are not answering properly, and if i try to call ONIDA which the hand book is having goes as a wrong no. Not sure what to be done, will my Rs.6000 will go for waste?

Please help me on this.
