Our Onida TV 2100 series was under repair and contacted the so called Authorised Service Centre and registered complaint and contacted the so called Prop. and incharge staff at least 10 times - it is aggrieved that no useful action and only a smiling answer - "Yes Sir we will attend immediately - today itself". What is this? Is it the Service by ONIDA. Please reply soon?
