Sir,

I purchased the Onida split AC on 14/04 from Dee Kay Electronics. Just after two days cooling problem arose. I have already complaint for about FOUR times. But till date our AC has not been repaired. What's this kind of your service? Despite two people came for the repairment for all four times they were unable to repair my AC.I want to ask whether they are professional engineers or local electricians? We also registered this complaint in Ludhiana's office of your company through phone to Mr. Sandeep Mehra and Mr. Ashwani (on numbers 9888904207, 01615065932, 9988881758). Due to these reasons I for all these four times used to come from factory to my residence which is12km far. Either you change my AC or unfortunately I have to take a legal action.
