I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 ton Window Air Conditioner (Model No. WG 18) on 01/05 with one year warranty. My AC was not working properly on 25th April. I have given complaint request to the customer care on 19th April with the complaint No. '10041276380827'.
The technician visited my home on 20th of April and told me that my AC requires an electronic instrument which is not in the stores. They can fix my AC only when they got that instrument from the company ONIDA.
I recalled in customer care on 21st April for the same and got the new complaint No. '10046206380611' & '10046206380611'.
Today is 30th April and they are not providing any information regarding when they will rectify my AC.
