I registered a complaint for service my Onida KY Rock Model as colour system is not working. Esteemed service engineer came and confirmed as rectified and also confirmed as the same will not repeat. He charged Rs.300/- and suggested to go for AMC. I agreed to pay Rs.1300/- towards AMC.
7 days later, I faced the same problem and called up service engineer. Another service engineer came and told us it is chargeable. I said it is under AMC and shown the bill to him. Immediately, he told parts are not available and went away.
10 days later, again I requested for service and there is no response. I am totally disappointed about ONIDA after sales service. I just remove ONIDA from my mind when I plans to buy any electronics products.
