I had wrost experience in ONIDA services, I have decided not to buy a single product in future & wish to recommend other if they wish. My TV is not functioning & lodge a complaint on 2nd Nov'10 & till now (one month over) & could not able to resolve. Now a days one can presume the importance of television.
Service consultant would come & take the original parts saying this is not working & to be replaced as everybody would not know the technical expertise. I called service centre to get a clarity & they also started acting as we get the part late & service team would come & say with bill this much, without bill is so much. nogotiation... Friends these type of frustration one has to undergo with these type of products..
