I have purchased the onida Black TV 21" Currently Waranty Period. My last Complain 10 days.no response in service center actualy in my T.V picture Vibrating (Screen not proper Working)

i m realy very upset so plese solve my tv complen and i ve tv purchased 3 year back and in 1 year 6 complain. Please solve my problem.
